Best Price Guarantee
When you book directly with us, we guarantee the best available rate. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match it. To qualify: the reservation must be made directly via our website, email, or phone. Within 24 hours of booking, if you find a lower rate publicly available for the same room type, number of guests, stay dates, inclusions, booking conditions and currency, please email us with the subject line: “Best Rate Available: Lower Rate Found.” Your email must include a screenshot including the URL and platform you have found the lower rate on, and a direct link to the lower rate. If we are able to verify the claim, we will adjust your reservation to match the lower nightly rate.
15% Off Drinks
Our 15% bar discount applies to drinks ordered during standard bar hours (4:00pm–11:30pm). This offer excludes drinks already discounted as part of Happy Hour or any other promotion.
Free Parking
The hotel offers limited on-site parking. Guests who book directly with us receive complimentary parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking cannot be guaranteed, as availability may be affected by large events and photoshoots taking place at the hotel. If on-site parking is unavailable, our team will be happy to recommend nearby local parking options; however, these will not be included as part of the book direct benefits.
Free Late Check-Out
Complimentary late check-out is available until 12:00pm for direct bookings. To request a late check-out, please notify the front desk at check-in or no later than the day before departure.
Group and Corporate Bookings
Please note, our book direct benefits do not apply to group bookings of over 5 rooms or to corporate or negotiated rates.
